Refund policy

We always ensure that our customers at Leafenlife are happy and satisfied. If you're not happy with your purchase of a product, here's how we can assist:

Returns: Customers can return items within 7 days if they are in their original condition and packaging and are on the list of items allowed for return.

Refunds: Once a refund has been approved, all the refunds are then processed within 7-10 business days and this is after inspection has been conducted.

Non-Returnable Items: Natural food items such as honey and Shilajit which are packed and opened are not returnable.

Exchanges: You may only return different/exchange an item for another within 7 days from the day you have received it, provided that the new item is still in stock.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item was damaged or the wrong item was shipped. Kindly note that in case of exchange/return the transportation charges will be charged extra. We would welcome our esteemed clients to also give us feedback on how they would want the honey they are consuming to be made more yummy and healthy.
